I have working in the capacity of Admin and HR Manager for at least 25 years. I handled all the office related administration task.
My primary responsibility is to manage all administrative aspects relating to the operations to include but not limited to:
Manage all administration functions in coordination with the Administration Officer such as tenancy agreements, government related documentation, office purchases, travel bookings and visa preparations, public relation matters, procurements, conferences, maintenance, security and upkeep of office. I was also responsible for updating the lists of contacts, archiving of documents, and the upkeep of all current legal documentation.
Managing of Human Resource Division: Interface with Head of Divisions to discuss staff requirement and prepare job descriptions accordingly. Once job description is ready, I contact potential candidates for initial screening and interviewing. Liaisoning with lawyers to ensure legality of staff status and maintain proper documentation. In addition, coordinate with the Accounting Division to ensure compliance with government regulation and documentation. Furthermore, I was responsible to administer and coordinate all training programs for the staff.
Managing of CEO's office: work closely and assist the CEO with all administration aspects. Liaisoning between CEO and the rest of the staff on all routine matters.
