• Establish SOPs and operational governance for IFEC platforms, ensuring SLA adherence and alignment with corporate standards across Thales, Panasonic, Safran, Viasat, SITAONAIR and AirFi systems.
• Provide benchmarking, passenger usage insights and Chief-level reporting to inform multi-million-dollar decisions and fleet investments; identify opportunities to enhance the end-to-end journey.
• Act as brand custodian for E-BOX, E-BOX Stream and Etihad Wi-Fly; collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Product, IT and Engineering to develop and implement strategy.
• Ensure service readiness and cabin crew training for entry-into-service and in-service aircraft across IFEC platforms.
