Hi there! My name is Rocío and I have six years of experience in TA. My journey began in a consulting company where I initially worked as a sourcer specializing in the LATAM market. As time went on, I expanded my expertise to support the EMEA and US regions in both, well established companies and start ups.
With a strong foundation in sourcing, I quickly progressed to a recruiter position, taking ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process in diverse companies and industries. I've had the privilege of working in fields such as Engineering, Fintech, Web3 and Life Sciences, among others.
Throughout my career, I have also had the opportunity to lead a recruitment team, where I leveraged my experience to guide and mentor others. This leadership experience further deepened my understanding of effective TA strategies.
