My name is Santiago, I am 24 years old. I'm a Psychology Student and I've been working in recruitment areas the last year and a half. I dedicate myself mostly to source and contact the different people that could be a perfect candidate for a specific position.

My main tasks involves follow all the process until the final offer. In the middle, I'm scheduling technical, fit, and client interviews, making salary negotiations, evaluating applicants English level, extending the offer, etc. And all of that with the company's ATS and my personal tools for organization such as Trello, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.

I'm always very excited about new challenges and ready to provide all my knowledge and skills to the team and company.
