I am Lewis, from the UK. I have been a chef for over 12 years and worked in hospitality for over 20 years.

Hard working, passionate and enjoy working with people.

I have worked in a variety of different types of venues over the last 20+ years of my working career.

Some of these include hotels, restaurants, bars, clubs, music venues.

I also have quite a wide knowledge of different types of cuisines from around the world.

Passionate and love the hospitality sector.

My most recent education was high school. After I finished school I went straight into working and this is how I gained my experience.
