With over a decade of experience in customer service based industries, including retail sales and tourism, I have the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and deliver high quality results in many different situations.

I have worked many years in customer service based industries: from the warehouse to the sales floor, and with over a decade in the tourism sector I have developed a well rounded skill set which allows me to adapt to new challenges and opportunities skillfully and efficiently.

My degree is in Zoology, which may not often seem relevant, however the ability to study complex ecosystems can be applied to any problem solving task which makes me relevant in many professions which may not at first be obvious.
