• Source, assess and develop Chinese suppliers from product briefs and technical packs, comparing capability, quotation, quality, lead time and commercial terms to select reliable partners for development.
• Negotiate unit cost, target price, MOQ, packaging, tooling and delivery requirements, balancing cost control with design intent, quality and production feasibility.
• Manage product development from quotation through sampling and approval, translating overseas briefs into supplier instructions, coordinating amendments and sending approved samples to overseas teams.
