HR Management and Response to humanitarian Crisis

After obtaining B.S.S(Honors) and M.S.S in Public Administration Degrees from the University of Dhaka, I joined as Project Officer on 15 June 1989 in a European Economic Community where I worked on rural development, particularly in the areas of production and employment. Subsequently, i joined in BCS(administration Cadre on 24 April 1994 and served till 02 March 2022. During my long tenure of service i have acquired experiences in different fields such as Compliances, Coordination of Development Works done by different government agencies at the field levels, Land Management and Resettlement, Personnel Management, Supervision of Local Government units of different categories, Community Services and Social Management, Gender issues, Maintain Good Grievance Policy , Proactive and Reactive measures in systematic and systemic natural disaster and many others which are required for Human Resource Management and Administration. at present I have been working as Focal-education of Forcibly Displaced Myanmar Nationals Children Education Project, supported by Unicef which is a part of responses to humanitarian crisis.
