More than 20 years of experience in the Departments of Engineering in Large Multinational Companies (Engineering, New Programs, Site expansions, Line Capacity, Launches, Manufacturing, Process Management, Product, Service & Facilities, Quality, Maintenance, Manufacturing and New Programs Process Design). Extensive experience on works focused on financial controls and technical feasibility proposals, budgets, Leadership, Program Management & Implementation, Process Improvements and Layout developments, working with employees of from various hierarchical levels.
Experience in management, acquisition, implementation, installation, capacity increase, capability, tryouts, run offs and delivery. Solid experience in program launch, six sigma, methods and process. Also great experience in managerial meetings of strategic planning, contributing with information from performance indicators “KPIs”, ability to keep effective, clear and objective communication with stakeholders and involved (national and international), coordination of meetings both on the factory floor and with OEM's and high management level, with significant international experience (North America, Europe and Middle East).
