Studying psychology is a lifelong journey of learning about the human being. Each individual is unique and has something to teach us, so it is important to be observant and open to learning. I have worked in various fields of psychology, and I have always found that creativity is essential for making new discoveries and insights.
Resilience is important to learn new things, but creativity is essential to enhance them.

My role as an Bussines Partner is to support the HR team in many aspects, in addition to recruitment, I carry out onboardings and training for newly hired employees. While I am still responsible for recruitment and selection process, I also became a Key Account, so I play a critical role in maintaining relationships with key clients by identifying their needs, keeping a good relationship, and providing them with exceptional customer service. I do not only coordinates the interview process, conducts references checks, and extends job offers to successful candidates but I am also responsible for managing employee relationships and ensuring that employee needs are met.
