ALSTOM BRASIL - (July 03rd, 2022 to April 04th, 2023) - Engineer of logistics support analysis. Leader of the maintenance engineering and technical publications team. Responsible for the technical and operational manuals of the Wanda, Viamobilidade and L6 - SP Subway programs. Goals achieved: Wanda Program technical and operational manuals delivered on time. Successful consultancy in reviewing the obsolescence management process at the request of Alstom France.
DESAER LTDA - (October 1st, 2020 to October 1st,2021) - Engineering manager. Developed the conceptual and preliminary studies of the ATLs-100 and 300 aircraft. Managed the integrated logistical support of the projects. Managed the FAB bidding process for the acquisition of light transport aircraft (ATL) in the so-called CL-X3 Project in Nov/2020. Goals achieved: RFI (Request for Information) delivered on time
EMBRAER S.A. - (March 19th,2001 to September 3rd, 2020) - Product Development Engineer, Project Manager (INTEGRATOR). I was responsible for managing cross-functional teams of product engineering. During the development of the L650, I was project manager for hydromechanical systems (flight control, landing gear, wheels, tires and brakes). I was a Mentor in the Engineering Specialization Program, PEE. I held meetings and coordinated negotiations with customers, governments and authorities on the need for product modifications and the need to comply with regulations related to continued airworthiness. I researched European Aerospace and Defense Industries Association policy, as well as US Department of Defense standards, on the international specification for development of complex aerospace systems, with a lifecycle focus, with the goal to create a robust process for new aircraft development. I provided technical support to sales campaigns for products and services.
Main results: Processes developed, qualified and implemented with increased margins, retention and renewal of contracts, increased synergy between teams, motivated people and customers and authorities satisfied.
