Bachelor in Psychology with emphasis on Psychology of work and organizations. Master's student in Psychology at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (in dissertation defense).

I have extensive experience in several subsystems related to human resources. Experience in recruitment and selection of professionals, cognitive and behavioral assessment, training and development and continuing education.

Currently, I provide services as an independent professional, in the areas of cognitive behavioral assessment and training and professional development. Working with teams and organizational leaders at all hierarchical levels.
