Hello! My name is Adam Mcdonald.

I started working while in highschool at the local chamois car wash and quickly moved up to Team leader within the first 6 months . I have a passion for leading a team and providing successful results for my workplace. My extensive background playing team sports all my life and currently has only fuelled my passion for leadership, working as a team, and working hard.

I play soccer competitively and enjoy video games in my down time. I started selling cars after high-school expanding my skill set and working in a fast paced retail environment with long hours and hard work. Working in the car industry allowed me to learn a lot about sales, managing profit margins, amazing customer service, as well as the drive and motivation to grow.

I am now seeking to work in an environment I am passionate about spending my day to day in while also maximizing the uses of my skill set.

I have spent over 3 years in a high volume fast paced work environment selling vehicles while also spending time in lot and detail team management for close to two years as well. In my younger years I spent time as a team leader with the chamois car wash working my way up the ladder fast and being a vital part to the team.

I completed my high-school education, I did not attend university as I went directly into the car industry selling vehicles, perfecting the art of selling, problem solving, negotiations and customer service. I completed first aid training annually as well as sales training courses.
