As a second-generation member of a family that owns a small chain of bakeries in Mexico City, I bring a practical understanding of the industry and a strong passion for baking. I have been immersed in the ins and outs of the trade from a young age, and as a consequence, I have developed fast learning skills and easily adapted to diverse situations.

I have experience preparing sweet and savoury recipes, including donuts, muffins, cookies, tarts, and cake decorations. I am a hard-working and reliable individual.

During my four years as the Head Baker at Pastelo Bakery, I translated this passion into tangible achievements, from overseeing daily operations and managing a talented team to contributing to brand development and market expansion.
