I am an education marketing professional with 10 years+ of sector experience, and ten years+ marketing experience, in progressively senior roles, within higher education, public sector, and private sector Ed Tech marketing of organizations . Skilled at creating and implementing comprehensive marketing and outreach campaigns utilizing digital marketing at the heart of strategies. Demonstrated experience developing and implementing short- and long-range plans and change initiatives with a local and international focus.
I led the CRM marketing to Prodigy Education’s database of 4.5 million parents and teachers globally aimed at driving product usage. Through the rollout of an audience segmentation strategy, e-communications were tailored to parent and teachers product usage life stages and personalized to focus on users' interests. This strategy achieved over a 50% year-on-year growth in monthly active users utilizing Prodigy’s Teacher App and sustained year-on-year monthly active users of Prodigy's Parent targeted App.
I led the digital transformation of the marketing strategy to support the expansion of the business to incorporate the launch of their online school targeting students primarily between the 9 - 17 age range primarily during the COVID period. I established a CRM system to support lead management, coordinated website expansion, launched paid digital marketing from a zero base, and expanded social media channels. In addition, I led the development of a webinar series aimed at driving lead volume for the online school. These initiatives sustained the growth of the Arrowsmith brand during the COVID-19 period.
I was responsible for leading a specialist marketing team consisting of 4 staff co-ordinating digital marketing, PR, Events, and Design initiatives for one of London’s largest providers of adult education. My role involved the creation of an integrated marketing strategy to support the recruitment of over 11,000 students annually across 3 campuses. I also led PR initiatives, including the 130th Anniversary Festival, which included over 50 free and paid events open to the public aimed at driving increased brand awareness.
