During my schooling and clinical placements I have gained experience as an occupational therapy and physiotherapy assistant. I have strong skills in therapeutic and range of motion exercises, patient mobility, adaptive aids, and wheelchair adjustment skills to support residents' physical and emotional health, and rehabilitation goals. I bring a foundation in effective interpersonal communication skills and client-centred care showing empathy, patience, and assuring a supportive environment for all residents and multidisciplinary team involved.
