Hello, I’m Amitha Ajayakumar. I recently graduated from Conestoga College with a Applied Network Infrastructure and System Administration degree. I have three years of experience in IT support from my time at Infosys in India, where I worked in application support for both a U.S.-based company and a Singaporean company. My role involved resolving tickets, managing incidents, and providing client support. I’m currently looking for a position where I can leverage my skills and experience while continuing to learn and grow.
I worked in application support for Goldman Sachs, a U.S.-based company. My responsibilities included managing incidents, monitoring queues, and resolving issues according to their criticality and team scope. I was involved in checking the status of processes, escalating issues when necessary, and collaborating with the team to find solutions. Additionally, I participated in a Windows project for a Singapore-based company, where I addressed client issues through tickets and change requests.
I graduated with a degree in Applied Network Infrastructure and System Administration, which encompassed networking, various Windows servers, protocols, and administration.
