olutions driven Business Analyst with experience in Agile methodology. As also dealing with cross functional teams in improving processes and complex product deliverables by implementing Scaled Agile Framework driving the attainment of business goals with following responsibilities:
-Proactively communicates and collaborates with project stakeholders, including external customers
(i.e., clients, partners, vendors) and internal customers (i.e. Development, Technical Support, Training,
Business Development, Marketing, other business units) to analyze needs and functional requirements.
-Excellent working knowledge on each step of various methodologies in SDLC.
-Creates, delivers, and maintains the following: Use cases, user stories, process workflows, screen and interface designs, functional / business requirements, training documentation.
Performs demos.
-Creates meeting minutes, ensures tasks are assigned, and follows up on status.
-Actively updates the project with requirements, decision tracking, change requests, designs and approvals.
-Skilled at performing Risk analysis, GAP analysis and Cost-Benefit analysis to better understand the mechanics of the existing & proposed systems.
-Create Unified Modeling language (UML) diagrams to identify user system interaction including Data flow diagram, wireframes/mockup, use case diagrams and activity diagrams to analyze the UI design/requirements with other team members/business users.
-Conduct Daily Scrum meeting, Planning Sessions, Backlog updates, writing and maintaining User Stories.
-Participate in Sprint Planning and Sprint review meetings for finalizing the Sprint Backlogs and Verifying the sprint outputs respectively.
