I'm Anand Gokani, a dedicated finance professional with over a decade of experience specializing in financial index management, corporate actions, and market data strategy. With a strong passion for nurturing talent, I actively engage with students and young professionals, mentoring and guiding them toward successful careers in finance.

Throughout my professional journey, I’ve had the opportunity to lead impactful initiatives, notably as the University Relations representative at Solactive, where I collaborated with prestigious institutions such as the University of Waterloo and the Schulich School of Business. My role involved guest lecturing, participating in job fairs, and coordinating co-op hiring programs, successfully mentoring and onboarding over 20 interns in just the past year.

During my MBA at the Schulich School of Business, I served on the Graduate Business Council, further deepening my understanding of academic collaborations and student-focused initiatives. My approach combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, always focused on creating meaningful, measurable impact.
