• Planned and executed the, Leadership Retreat with student services.
• Oversaw the planning and execution of marketing and communications including creating digital and physical media and social media campaign in partners with the BU IT department.
• Responsible for communicating with and managing relationships with inspirational local business owners and community leaders to recruit specific needs and goals for panelists and workshops.

• Managed a team of 20+ students -Created marketing plan across social media as well as in person events.
• Coordination with authorities to ensure safety.
• Inspired participation and grew event from 200 students in year 1 and 300 in year 2.
• Innovated through implementing Covid-19 safe event creating the first “Stay At Home March” in which participants joined virtually and cheered from their balconies.
