I am human resources professional with 8+ years of experience who is well-versed in designing and administering Recruiting, onboarding, and compensation plans.
In my current Job, I am responsible for coordinating recruiting processes and procedures. I am also documenting financial reports and cash flow charts to present trends and account information. In addition, I oversee Performance appraisal and update project sheets to calculate costing and budget. Apart from this, I am mainly responsible for the hiring process, preparing Offer letters/ appointment letters and the termination process. My role in this position is to maintain friendly and open-minded culture throughout the organization, this has been always my priority. This experience helped me significantly improve my leadership ability and taught me how to stay calm in every situation
I am a post-graduate with a Master in Business Administration (MBA) in the Human Resource domain.
