I am a member of (HRPA) Human Resources Professionals Association and counsellor council of India. I hold Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology. I have completed post graduate program in Human Resources at George Brown College.
Through this program I have acquired the necessary skills to track, document and implement current HR process. I have developed a keen interest in organizational effectiveness, recruitment and selection, project management, compensation and employee benefits, training and development, human resources planning, organizational health and safety, labour relations and employment law. I have also completed post-graduate program in Business Administration at York University.
This program helped me to get hand on experience on business strategy, business model, marketing. I am candidate of CHRL, and I am eager to demonstrate my knowledge.
As a part of my education and work experience, I have knowledge of conducting and administering psychometric tests on employees during recruitment and selection process. I have developed and conducted group activities to measure leadership skills of employees. Also, I have participated to develop integrity test of employees according to organizational need.
During my internship I worked on mental health training program of laid off employees. I worked on various domains of training program such as emotional intelligence, resilience etc.
