About

For nearly eight years, I have been the Assistant Director of Pedagogy at CPE Nez-à-Nez, an organization with three facilities and nearly 80 employees in a unionized environment. My role involves supporting teams, managing various people-related and organizational situations and, above all, looking for solutions to help things run as smoothly as possible. After several years in the early childhood education network, I now feel the need to take on a new professional challenge.

I enjoy my work and everything it has helped me develop, but I would also like to discover a different environment and put my experience to use in a role more focused on human resources.
