As a designer, I find deep satisfaction in expressing creativity, developing new ideas, solving problems, and knowing that I have the opportunity to improve the lives of others.
I recently graduated with an Associate Degree in Interior Design from Yorkville University. While I don’t yet have experience working in a design firm, I’ve gained valuable hands on experience through freelance projects alongside my carpenter partner, as well as contract work for other designers.
I have a strong foundation in design principles, colour theory, and spatial planning, which enables me to envision and execute innovative concepts. I’m proficient in SketchUp, Chief Architect, and AutoCAD.
My background as a server in the restaurant industry has taught me the importance of building strong relationships, being patient with diverse personalities, solving problems on the spot, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and multitasking effectively.
I’m excited to transition into a career that aligns with my passion for interior design and to embrace new opportunities. I’m ready to bring my creativity, professionalism, and keen eye for detail to create inspiring spaces that reflect individuality.
