Jessie Hoffman

I recently graduated from NAIT in 2021 and have been in the residential and furniture industry for 4 years. Sketchup, CAD, Revit and Adobe applications are things that I use frequently. My favorite things to do in my past time is read, go to the gym, sew and cook.

My main job currently is working at Joey Restaurants. I am a bartender so I focus on serving guests on the wood and making drinks. This has helped me in my communication skills from talking to guests. Also I have mastered time management and multi-tasking since there are multiple things to do at any given time. I make sure that drinks are coming out at a certain standard while talking and giving the best service at the bar.

My other experience is working for Urban Barn as a sales associate. I dealt with customers coming in and helping them pick out furniture for their space, also creating floorplans and custom orders. I recently worked with at custom home builder as a sales associate. Existing and new clients would come into the show home and I would answer any questions they would have.

I graduated from N.A.I.T. in 2021 with a diploma in Interior Design Technology.
