My main role was to work for the Boston consulting group as an outside consultant and provide Servers support to BCG’s Asia, Europe, and Pacific offices infrastructure which are deployed on AWS, Azure, and on-premises servers (Hyper-V).

Slashed the job completion time from 50 minutes to under 15 minutes by implementing an efficient daily task management system for employees.
Reduced Operational Costs 40% by detecting and decommissioning unused
Resources from AWS and its spin-ups.
Maintained system availability at 99.97% by installing and maintaining scalable systems\instances.
Education
During my master's course, we are having practicals on simulators that help us to understand real scenarios and challenges of the IT industry, related to Servers, Networks, and the ITIL processes, during my course we did a project to deploy and configure the Zimbra server as a final project for Gujarat University.
