Although I have been working as an ESL teacher and educational supervisor for the past 12 years, I have had my own retail store for 5 years which brought me invaluable insight into customer service and sales leading me to grow a profound passion for this career. As a people person, I am enthusiastic about taking care of customers, presenting solutions to their problems, identifying the needs of each customer and being helpful to them.
Interacting with a wide variety of individuals on a daily basis interests me to a great extent since I can meet and help numerous people this way.
