A little bit about myself; during my time at Victoria Distillers, I’ve played a key role in the development and launch of two products now available on the market. In addition to my work on the production floor, I’ve been active in the broader spirits community—co-organizing the inaugural Victoria Cocktail Week and teaching two masterclasses on cocktail bitters. Since 2019, I’ve also run Nonsensical Cocktails, a cocktail website and events business dedicated to celebrating high-quality, locally produced craft spirits and making mixology more approachable for newcomers.
