Lately, I've been taking that expertise global—including advising international manufacturing clients in South Korea on navigating the regulatory landscape and market dynamics of the Canadian power transformer market.   • Ran the full commercial lifecycle for 11 to 13 complex RFx events at the same time, taking them from early market research all the way through reverse auctions and final execution.

  • Used deep spend analysis to negotiate competitive rates and structure tight contract terms that kept post-award claims from blowing up later.

  • Kept contract documentation, change orders, and supplier communication completely organized and audit-ready for major telecom and grid projects.

  • Built the commercial contracting strategies for the main engineering and procurement pieces of a massive LNG infrastructure project.

  • Dug into contractor change requests to closely evaluate whether their claims were justified, protecting the overall project budget from unnecessary costs.

  Highlight Career Achievement:
  • While working as the Project Procurement Lead for ConocoPhillips on the $10B Surmont 2 SAGD project, I managed a team of 5 handling contract administration and invoice tracking. Through detailed audits, we recovered $8M in supplier overpayments, saved $5M on a workforce housing agreement, and successfully rejected about 95% of unsupported contractor claims.
