I'm a graduate of George Brown College's Culinary Management program as well as a graduate of Centennial College's Food & Nutrition Management program.

I have over 10+ years of cooking and food experience in a variety of settings including restaurants, banquet halls, long term care homes, retirement homes and rehabilitation centres.

I always strive to use my abilities and the food I make as a means to help those who are in need as a form of nourishing their physical and a way of enriching their overall being.
