I am 27 years old. I have experience in multiple fields from call centers to security. I am a hard worker who values the balance between what is best for the client and the customers. Constantly seeking new challenges in an effort to continue to grow as a member of society and in my personal life.
I began working right out of Highschool. My early years in the workforce taught me how to work under pressure, adhere to strict punctuality, and began building my conflict resolution skills along with my leadership skills. These skills along with my customer service skills only grew as I moved into the call center circuit. I expanded on my communication and technical skills while working in the fast-paced industry, I learned to adapt as contracts changed, and needing to relocate and change jobs earned me experience in starting again and absorbing information fast to keep up with those around me. The pandemic put a harsh halt to my professional pathway, while re-entering the workforce I sought out the familiar only to end up changing my career type entirely to a new field. Entering into Security expanded my patience and attention to detail further. I gained experience with a whole new style of conflict resolution and it helped increase my confidence and ability to self-motivate and make decisions on the fly. I gained experience in independent research and creative problem-solving. I am still growing and learning and will continue to strive to expand my professional experiences.
