I have over ten years combined experience working in call centers. I habe worked inbound and outbound sales. I have a strong ability to come up sulotions that make customers feel happy and satisfied. I have very professional and easygoing way of talking to people on the phone. My knowledge and familiarity of products sold has always been outstanding.

I have 5 years experience working for the London Health Science Center as booking agent. I then moved on to working in call cemters such as the Bradford Exchange which involved saleing collectables. I then moved onto working for Convergys which on involved taking wireless phone calls for rogers for 18 month.
