Experience in supporting families of children with exceptionalities. part of my role as Resource Consultant is to assist families in developing an IFSP based on the child’s and the family’s needs. Designing and implementing individual programs based on the IFSP, with the families need in mind. My priority is to meet parents where they at, empower them to reach out to services available to them in the community.

• Attend and support with families to core clinical services.Ex; OT, SLP, ADOS, and ASD assessments.
• Educate and informed parents of relevant programs in the community. Support families with OAP registration and funding available to them.
• Track and maintaining children efiles updated, tracking progresses.
• Provide Consultation support to childcare centers and nursery schools
• Educate families on all relevant details about the programsand make sure that the families understand the options available to them. (for families of children without ASD diagnosis)
• Support and educate families on how to navigate the Early Intervention System by providing Resources in the community.
• Accessing and coordinating appropriate services, as well as of attending Seminars, Staff meetings and as many of Training as it’s provided to better my knowledge.
• Worked remotely with minimal supervision From March 2020 to March 2022
