I have worked all over Ontario in remote camps on projects such as the Valard power project and remote drilling sites all over the eastern division of the province. I am highly skilled when it comes to food preparation, ordering, p.v.s, and inventory. I am also well versed in reporting and doing payroll.

I have been in the catering industry for 20 years. I have worked both front and back of house as well as management in multiple establishments. I can work well both independently and in a team enviroment.
