I am a highly passionate and experienced Recruiter & HR Generalist with 10+ years of experience. I lived in multiple countries (Canada and Lebanon) and had the chance to work with and learn from a diverse mix of highly skilled professionals. Talent Management Specialist

• Responsible for full cycle recruitment from operation requirements to onboarding candidate
• Provide flexible hiring solutions for fast scaling business needs 
• Design new recruiting procedures and sourcing of candidates to build a successful methodology
• Work directly with higher management to forecast hiring needs
• Direct follow up with local and international partners and donors to understand project requirements and liaise for projects recruitment implementation

• Design and facilitate employee engagement activities, such as team building and employee recognition activities
