For the last 12 years, I've been a Network Specialist 2 at Telus Business Solutions for the Gov on Ontario.

I was responsible for responding to incidents and calls using an advanced ITSM Remedy ticketing system for issues including: WAN, LAN, Wireless, Voice, Security, change management and engineering projects.

Prior to that, I was an implementation manager at Verizon Business and a network analyst at Rogers Business.

I have used network monitoring tools such as citrix netscaler, spectrum, netcool and ehealth.

In addition, I've trained new and existing team members.
