I am a newcomer to Canada with an open work permit and was a banking professional with over 17 years of experience in customer service and in the field of credit, leasing, bancassurance, and branch operation sector.
As a professional banker for 17 years, with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the financial sector, I began my career as a cashier, serving customers and handling their cash needs, before moving on to work as a customer service assistant. In this role, I was responsible for helping customers with their queries and providing assistance with their banking needs. After five years in these positions, I took on the role of a Leasing and Insurance Officer, working with customers to find the best financial solutions for their individual needs. With seven years of experience in this role, I become an invaluable asset to the banking industry.
