Christine Lowartz

I have been a certified OCT elementary teacher for over 30 year, working as an art teacher, special Ed teacher, ESL teacher, and classroom teacher for grades 1 to 6, working mainly in Grade One for the last 5 years. Aside from my Education degree, I have my honours degree in fine arts which I used at the start of my career as Education Officer for the Hamilton Children’s Museum, whereby I researched, designed and contributed to the building and artwork of a variety of hands-on exhibits. I also have added qualifications in Reading, English as a Second Language, and Special Education.
