My responsibilities included, but were not limited to,
- Managing all online sales accounts for a customer base across Canada, including a handful in the US. As a wholesaler, I was tasked with not only creating purchase orders for the products, through third party retailers, I was also responsible for ensuring the customers received the product best suited for their needs.
- Handling the day to day calls and walk in customers, answering their questions, as well as guiding them through the grow process and what products work best.
- Maintained a cash float on the sales floor as well as the handling of all cash/debit/credit transactions.
- Created promotional packages to increase sales of slow moving products.
- Maintained all online sales as well as the product and price updates of our store website.
- Handled all shipping needs including packaging, labelling, payment and when necessary, tracking.
