As an Atlassian certified solutions engineer and consultant, I bring extensive experience in Enterprise Service Management (ESM) and software development. I have worked across both public and private sectors, excelling in Atlassian platform administration and the creation of custom Atlassian environments.
I specialize in managing and configuring Atlassian applications and related applications such as Tempo, Scriptrunner, JMWE, JSU, Structure, and Big Picture. My proficiency in Groovy scripting and experience with APIs enhance the functionality and integration of Atlassian tools, maximizing their effectiveness. Additionally, I have a strong background in client facing support, process consulting and re-engineering.
