I have been a registered practical nurse for 17 years. I’ve worked in many different areas of nursing, but the most recent has been as a clinical supervisor. I have experience with HR related tasks such as recruitment, orientation and disciplinary action. I’ve completed health and safety tasks such as inspections, incident reports and WSIB case management. I currently manage a client caseload of 330 clients/patients and 80 staff.
I am a firm believer in education and updating skills or knowledge. I have taken extra courses in people management, N95 respirator fit tester and trainer, dealing with stressful situations.
