My career highlights include managing IM processes for major international projects, developing innovative workflows for document lifecycle management, and leading global teams to ensure efficient and secure handling of critical data. Certified in Six Sigma and a proven leader, I have successfully optimized IM systems to enhance performance, align with corporate standards, and meet regulatory requirements, making a meaningful impact on each organization I have served.

I have completed multiple diplomas and certifications, including a Diploma in the MCSE Program and MS A+ Plus from Knowledge Alliance in Calgary, AB.
