I am a chef of 20+ years experience, with experience in a variety of restaurant types.
23 years culinary experience with 20+ years supervisory/Chef experience.
As Executive Chef I have gained many valuable skills including but not limited to, organizational skills, computer skills, scheduling, team building, inventory and ordering, menu planning, catering and banquet events.
Through my career I have held multiple supervisory and management/Chef positions, I have earned my Red Seal Certificate. I have completed food safe training multiple times and currently hold valid saskatchewan certification.
