I am an experienced consulting professional with many years of experience in Consulting Management, IT Project Delivery, Business Management and Human Resource Management. I also have considerable experience in business development and sales support. This experience has been gained throughout Canada and across the United States. I am equally comfortable working as a full-time employee or as a contracted consultant. I am also comfortable and effective working remotely.
My management experience encompasses consulting practice management, project/program management and business analysis. Many projects have focused on implementing, upgrading and/or enhancing ERP systems. Business process design/re-engineering and change management were major components of these enterprise projects. I have also managed custom software development projects, using both waterfall and Agile methodologies.
I have an MBA and have previously held the professional designations as a CMC (Certified Management Consultant) and as a CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional). I have also completed a comprehensive course in Project Management based on the PMBOK. I have Secret level of security clearance and am fully vaccinated.
