Former Executive Assistant to the President of GNPOC (for 3 years), a company with 5,000 employees, generated an annual revenue of USD$6 billion, with a yearly capital and operating budget of USD$1 billion.
In 2000/2010’s, as 1 of 2 Founding Vice Presidents (for 3 years, Nov 2009 – Dec 2012) of Caracal/Griffiths, a Calgary-based start-up oil company. Instrumental in transforming the company into an oil producer in Chad, Africa. Within less than 5 years, in 2014, the company was sold in the London Stock Exchange for USD$1.3 billion (in 2014 Cdn$10/share, in 2011 private equity funds raised at Cdn$5/share).
Responsible for USD$100 million pipeline projects, tasks completed: (1) design of pipelines, (2) Environmental Impact Assessments, including route selection and river crossings, (3) procurement of all pipeline materials & services, contract award of installation contractor, and permits, etc.
Former executive/manager/engineer interfacing with various senior governmental officials, other executives, managers, professionals and other stakeholders in Canada and overseas.
Specializing in Project Management, and an instructor on FAST TRACK Task Force Project management ('Doing It Better & Faster") in Canada and overseas. Over a 10-year period, presented world conference papers on Project Management, etc in 10 countries: Germany, Russia, Hungary, India, China, Poland, Italy, Finland, Colombia and Chad.
