Baking is something I’ve always had natural talent for and have always been very passionate about. One day I decided to make my own career out of it in a very small community I lived in and it became a hit. At the beginning of the COVID pandemic I started up my own at home bakery/beverage business. I offered a variety of fresh baked homemade pastries and cakes with contactless delivery. I learned on my own how to make iced espresso based lattes such as Vanilla, Caramel Macchiatos and other seasonal flavors as well as iced capps, iced tea refreshers and Bubble Tea which was high demand. I also worked short term at The Lodge Coffee House in Gingolx BC in 2018/2019 as a baker before the pandemic came about but had to resign to be home with my youngest who is now grown up. Recently I have relocated with my family to the city in search of better opportunities and I am raring to get back into the workforce!
