I have over a decade of customer service experience and communication skills, that allow me to professionally interact with all clients/prospects via face-to-face, telephone, email, and text. I have roughly 3 years of in sales and 4 years of Business Development Representative experience, cold-calling, email and sorting data into their respective spots for the business. Qualifying leads, and understanding where they need to be, with precision. Delivering the best of the best customer service experience to all clients. Keeping a strong relationship with the Bank Relationship Managers and Area Reps to ensure I can get the lowest rate for my clients.

My most relevant education is my Diploma in Business Marketing and Digital Marketing. Having experienced being able to express myself and gain exposure through social media to gain followers and potential clients.
