I am a well experienced customer service/administrative professional looking for a part time role to transition towards retirement. My well developed skill set includes effective communication (written & verbal), client support, data entry, multitasking and conflict resolution. In addition I can offer a flexible work schedule and a strong work ethic with a dedication to the success of the organization that I am working for.

Throughout my career I have worked for a number of organizations within the print and marketing industries in the role of customer support and account management. My most recent rolls include Account Manager and Customer Service Rep with Coverall and Formost MediaOne respectively over the past 4 years

I hold a Bachelor of Technology from Ryerson Polytechnic in the field of Graphic Communications (print & marketing) class of 1989. I have also completed the customer service training course at Lakeforest Graduate School (Chicago) class of 2004
