I have a diverse background in customer success, account management, and career coaching, with experience spanning immigration, hospitality, education, and content creation. Most recently, I worked at an immigration law firm, where I managed client relationships, coached newcomers on job searching, and created engaging content, including newsletters and visual assets using Beehiiv and Canva.
Before transitioning into customer success and content creation, I worked as a teacher and preschool educator for several years. This experience honed my ability to develop great organization skills, problem solving, adapt to different learning styles, and build strong relationships, skills that I continue to apply in every role I take on.
Prior to all this, I have years of experience in customer-facing roles. This was the foundation of who I am as a worker today as I learned conflict management, communication skills, patience, critical thinking skills, and much more…
I hold a degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education, which has given me a strong foundation in communication, adaptability, and instructional design.
