1.Licensed benefits advisor for American Income Life Insurance Company (July 2022-October 2022)

-Responsible for B2C outbound outreach with an existing clientele base and designed, recommended, and implemented supplemental life, accident and health insurance products based upon the clients’ needs analysis criteria

-Responsible for handling all necessary changes to the clients’ benefits plan via correspondence between upper management and the quality assurance team.

2.Team Lead for SEAMSTAR Program (June 2019-August 2021)

-Facilitated a Distracted Driving Research Study

• Taught the students valuable life skills such as cooking, money management, saving and investing, research and presentation skills, career and resume building/goal planning, and creating, enforcing, and following guidelines/rules and responsibility
• Tennis Instructor (May 2018-May 2021)

-Responsible for coaching children ages 7-11 in various tennis drills and the fundamentals of tennis and sharing a love of tennis.
